Blessings to you in the name of Jesus!
Our sermon series on the state of the church moves to Revelation 2: 8, the church in Smyrna. This is one of the letters to the churches that does not carry with it a condemnation from Jesus. The faithfulness by the Christians in Smyrna, a faithfulness unto death, is to be rewarded with the crown of life. In the face of persecution, the faithfulness of the believer is a powerful testimony of the relationship with Jesus.
Our hope is found in Him who died and came back to life. Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega and He alone holds the key to life everlasting. So with great confidence, and no fear, speak the name of Jesus. Your faithfulness may save someone's life.
