Rooted:  In Study

Here is a link to this week's sermon:

One of the great benefits of studying scripture is the development of patience.  We learn to lean on God and trust His timing.  We so often want, and often times expect, instant results.  Our world has taught us that, but Scripture reminds us that God is in control.  For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end-it will not lie.  If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.  Habakkuk 2:3

The project for the walkway and gazebo covering was a wish of Fred and Linda Clouser.  This project began over a year ago and at times it probably felt like it would never happen.  However, with patience and faith the project has finally brought to completion.

He said to them, "It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by his own authority.  Acts 1:7

Sometimes our ideas don't happen the way we think they should or they may not happen at all.  Sometimes we find ourselves waiting.  If we put our faith in the Lord we will always end up in a good place.  It is so important  to study the  Scripture so that we can wait patiently and hopefully in the unfolding of God's plan.  Thank you to all who came together to design, build and finish this blessing.

Yours in Christ,
Pastor Jeremy
